It operates as a call centre receiving in-bound calls and making outbound calls for telemarketing purposes. Established in the middle of 1996, the company was formed by an equipment of professionals of telephone marketing coming from the companies more recognized of the sector, being some of them pioneers of this type of service in Spain. Its head office is located in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Spain. The services rendered by the company includes a range of services of reception of calls, such as product information and sale, pick up of orders, attention to the consumer and treatment of claims; services of emission of calls such as product sale, pick up of partners for organizations, agreement of interviews, and creation of traffic towards points of sale, organizations, etc.; and other services related to the Telemarketing such as consulting services, telephone audits and courses of telephone excellence, among others. The company offers the optimal and necessary dimension in a company of telephone marketing, so that its campaigns have a customized treatment. It has two modern platforms that occupy 2,500 square meters, with a total of 1,500 tele-operators that use the technology more outpost in voice treatment and data.
