The company operates retail stores and hearing centers where customers are fitted and then bring their hearing aids in for service. It offers four types of hearing aids: behind-the-ear hearing aid, glasses-type hearing aid, inside-the-ear hearing aid, and box-type hearing aid. The behind-the-ear hearing aid is positioned outside the pavilion of the ear. The inside-the-ear hearing aid is applied inside the auditory canal. The glasses-type hearing aid, an appliance containing electronic circuits, is inserted inside special arms of glasses. The box-type hearing aid, comprised of a case containing electronic circuits connected by a lead to the earpiece, is used for serious hearing problems.
